Terms of Service
Non-custodial service. AdvanceBitcoin Gateway helps you create invoices and detect on-chain payments. We never take custody of your funds or private keys — payments are sent directly by your customers to the Solana wallet you configure. You are solely responsible for that wallet and its keys.
Your responsibilities. You are responsible for the accuracy of your invoices, for complying with the laws and tax rules that apply to your business, and for any refunds (which you issue directly from your own wallet). Do not use the service for unlawful activity.
Crypto risk. Blockchain transactions are irreversible and token values are volatile. We are not liable for losses from sending to a wrong address, network conditions, price movements, or third-party wallets and RPC providers.
Availability & changes. The service is provided “as is,” without warranty of uninterrupted availability. We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
Privacy Policy
What we store. Your account email, business name, the store/wallet addresses and webhook settings you enter, and the invoices you create (amount, token, status, on-chain transaction signature). We do not collect your customers’ personal data.
On-chain data. Payment transactions live on the public Solana blockchain and are inherently public. We read them to confirm your payments.
Sharing. We don’t sell your data. We use infrastructure providers (hosting, database, and a Solana RPC provider) solely to run the service.
Security & contact. API keys are stored only as hashes. For data questions or deletion requests, contact the operator of this deployment.
